Checking is seamless, a bell boy whisks away your luggage and leads you into the elegant and spacious check in area, check in was fast and then we were  escorted  into the lounge. 

First Class guests and Platinum Card holders can receive 1 free 15-minute spa treatment or an express treatment at Style & Shave; whilst for other guests there is a fee. Subject to availability, Payment is by card onlyAt Style & Shave, men can enjoy a wet shave or haircut whilst ladies can book eyebrow shaping, nail treatments or a blow dry. Book your treatments at the Style & Shave reception.

The dining room is beautiful as is everything in the lounge, white glove service and the eggs Benedict was amazing. 

Relaxation room, we did not have time to check it out but looks amazing. 

The bathrooms are also beautiful.
