Blue Mountain Tours & Dingo Travels took us on a day trip to The Blue Mountains. We stopped at Featherdale Wild Animal park first, arriving early so as to miss the crowds, It was awesome to interact with Kangaroos, Wallabies, Koala’s, etc. and we even had chance to pet them. Not to be missed ! The rest of the tour was very “touristy”, and we would recommend doing the day trip on your own using the train; first stop Featherdale, then continue on to Katoomba for the Blue Mountains, even stay 1 night in Katoomba at The Carrington Hotel. Definitely do not do an organized day tour, unless you like to be herded around by a guide !
