Our return to Excellence Resort, after a trip 6 years ago, not much had changed. A couple of new restaurants, The Lobster House being one of them, the name describes the menu, and we ate our fare share of amazing lobster ! Service was still excellent, food is amazing, on the whole. 

   Negatives are that the hotel is looking tired, very tired in places. Suites are nice, but need lots of repairs, and being such a large property the task seems to be impossible !  
  

        Next on the list is the clientele, that are they attract with the great room rates, are a rowdy, heavy drinking crowd…….. enough said ! 

Overall, for around $100 per night, per person all inclusive you can’t ask for more, just don’t expect The Ritz !
