We normally stay in locally owned hotels when traveling, but the Renaissance in district 1 is right on the river wich is a great location, close to all the sights, so close you could actually see the city in one day. If given the option to upgrade, take it, as it includes room upgrade (we were upgraded to a corner suite), breakfast buffet, club lounge access all day, happy hour is between 5:30-9:30pm.
