They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, at the Essence Hoi An this is so true. There is a vast array of exotic fruits, cereals Vietnamese staples such as Pho, even 1000 year old eggs which we were told are very nice but did not take the chance. For the not so adventurous there were pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage and hash browns all presented beautifully.
