Hoi An

As we journey south from Hanoi to Hoi An, there is an extreme climate change, from cold and raining to warm and humid. The streets are full of hanging colorful silk lanterns, temples and pagodas that are reminiscent of another era but beautifully restored to their former glory. Hoi An is a beautiful, old town set on the River Song Thu Bo’n. The river banks are lined with local restaurants. Hoi An is a tailoring Mecca, and a great place to have a suit, or any clothing item made by hand..
